Expression02 seems to fail in incremental mode

While Expression02 is passing in default operation, switching into Xerces1 
incremental-loading mode seems to cause that testcase to fail.

But my copy of the code is in slightly weird state due to the effort to rewrite 
for Xerces2 tolerance, so this needs to be confirmed on another system.
