   @ajorgensen Thanks for the PR.
   What about `org.apache.commons.lang3.StringUtils.isNotBlank()` by supporting `not-null`, `not-empty`, also `not-whitespace` ("  ")?
   In addition to this, adding `UT Cases` can be useful for negative-cases (`customRegion = null / "" / "  "`)
