unable to unsubscritbe in NotificationListener

Hi all.

I was trying to use the NotificationListener subscribe and unsubscribe
methods with tomcat & slide but, if I try to unsubscribe, I get an
error in the program console :
Mar 22, 2005 12:13:03 PM org.apache.webdav.lib.NotificationListener unsubscribe
SEVERE: Listener not unsubscribed!

note that I am not getting the error in the tomcat console . 
More : 

I am unsubscribing using the same NotificationListener object I used
to do the subscription .

If needed I can provide code to reproduce the error .
Any clue ??
