Migrate from Hadoop 1.0.3-1 to Cloudera 4.0 Free edition

Hi,

I'm currently using Apache Hadoop distribution 1.0.3 which were
installed from hadoop_1.0.3-1_x86_64.deb and configured manually. Now I
would like to move all my data from name- and datanodes to the Cloudera
4.0 Free edition (I know that it is a distribution of apache hadoop).
My question is how I can migrate my old hadoop nodes to new cloudera
hadoop distribution? Is it compatible?
