Editing announcement for wicket 8

I've started a document with the release announcement for wicket 8,
and will integrate it into my local website prior to pushing it.

The announcement can be found here:

Please review for mistakes, omissions etc.

It currently does not build using java 9 due to test failures (where
the tests probably don't assert the correct thing). I haven't tested
whether it runs on java 9 :-)

Hi Martijn,

I have just one question - maybe I got it wrong, but does Wicket 8 run also with Java 9 / 10? I thought there are some issues with those newer VMs - it was also discussed on the dev mailing list - if yes we should not mention Java 8+.

Kindly let ne know if I am wrong. :-)

kind regards

Tobias
