Importing from workflow from the coordinator setup hangs
IMPACT: Users do not know what to do next.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
log into a WFM and create a workflow and then create coordinator
Add the path to the workflow for the coordinator, 
give it bad path and click on the import workflow
It should validate the path before it tries to load it.
