   Thanks @zhiics . We are new to TVM and not sure we can add walk-thought test with this op since it is the "framework" of TensorFlow custom op but not the specified op. The unit tests of these functions require to mock TensorFlow runtime.
   
   It would be great if someone can help to guide the testing.
