### What happened
when buiding a process instance's dag flow in the `WorkflowExecuteThread`, the `getStartTaskInstanceList` method in to get this process instance's task instance list from command params. but it queries task instance with `idList` in a loop. I think it can be optimized.
### What you expected to happen
the task instance list query can be execute just once
