   ## Description
   Introduce a new affinity group type: Host affinity.
   VMs belonging to a host affinity group are on the same host, and new deployments using the affinity group are expected on the same host.  
   
   ## Types of changes
   - [ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
   - [ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
   - [ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
   - [x] Enhancement (improves an existing feature and functionality)
   - [ ] Cleanup (Code refactoring and cleanup, that may add test cases)

   ## How Has This Been Tested?
   - 2 KVM hosts
   - Create new host affinity group
   - Deploy VM selecting the created affinity group
   - Deploy another VMs selecting the same affinity group.
   - Created VMs are all on the same host
