   This PR introduces a new minimal app that uses mostly mesh shell functionality. Mesh is not configured on startup, but instead, you can use `init` command to initialize mesh. Mesh shell has some testing and configuration commands.
   
   Moreover, this PR fixes some issues found during UPF and adds some improvements for future.
