How can I use SOAP with the native charset ?

Hi! all.

I want to use the SOAP with the native charset (EUC-KR or KSC5601).
But, the current Apache-SOAP 2.0 doesn't support it.
If anyone knows about it's informations or examples where I have to hack the SOAP sources, reply to me.

I have used the Resin1.2b1 for the servlet & jsp and the XML parser be used the Xerces1.2.
