Problem compiling 0.12.2 [charlist.xml]

I had a minor problem compiling the latest CVS version (2000-05-29).

build/classes/codegen/Courier*.xml

appear to refer to characters in charlist.xml which have been commented
out. When processed by XSLT they result in code of the form:
	width[] = 600;

which throws a javac compile error. I got around this by commenting out
those characters in the 4 Courier*.xml files and re-anting.

[This occurred immediately after downloading the CVS for the first time. I
am running Windows NT, jdk1.2].

I am extremely grateful to the help from members of this list. I have now
used the system to build a prototype converter of *.xhtml to *.fo and PDF.
This means that I can make PDF copies of all my XHTML slides and the images
work very nicely - thanks. (The HTML is naturally a subset of XHTML.) The
only current things that cause problems are:
	- nested tables (crashes Fop at present)
	- inline font changes (em, strong, etc.). Cannot do this without an
fo:block which causes line break.
Are there workarounds for these?

Peter
