Comment for [PATCH] dmtf reference implementation initial checkin

A new patch for the dmtf reference implementation has been sent to the
list. This patch corrected the naming and code styling issues requested by
few developers from this list. Also run the pre-commit script to remove the
whitespace issues some of you have experienced. Please review and comment.
