[ANNOUNCE] Apache Crunch 0.4.0 (incubating) released

The Apache Crunch community is pleased to announce the release of
Apache Crunch 0.4.0-incubating from the Apache Incubator.

Apache Crunch is a Java library for writing, testing, and running
pipelines of MapReduce jobs on Apache Hadoop.
