Fix PDFBOX-2428 in FontBox 1.8
PDFBOX-2428 ("An error occured when reading table hmtx") is fixed in FontBox 2.0-SNAPSHOT already. Are there any plans to also release a fixed 1.8.x version? This pull request contains the proposed fix for 1.8 (backported from 2.0-SNAPSHOT).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/root84/pdfbox 1.8
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/pdfbox/pull/10.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
