<xsl:output indent="yes" ...> doesn't work.

           Summary: <xsl:output indent="yes" ...> doesn't work.
           Product: XalanC
           Version: 1.3.x
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: XalanC
        AssignedTo: xalan-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: eknoll@sf-inc.com

Possibly not considered an error, because there's not a required implementation
for this attribute. However, it doesn't appear to have any affect on the output
and I am generation HTML, XML, and XSL files which would be much more readable
if tags were indented (and yes there are pretty-printers, but I shouldn't have
to introduce another tool to the mix).
