*STR:*
# Deploy HDP-2.1 with default settings
# Reconfigure client-only service (Tez/Pig)
*Actual result*
Restart indicators don't appear. After refreshing page they are present.
Also, in tez-site property was not present before refreshing page.
*Expected result*
Restart indicators should appear instantly, like for all other services.
Properties in xml configurations should update instantly
