[jira] [Created] (SLING-9148) Allow to hydrate the queue cache when journal access is throttled

Timothee Maret created SLING-9148:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Allow to hydrate the queue cache when journal access is throttled
                 Key: SLING-9148
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-9148
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Content Distribution
Affects Versions: Content Distribution Journal Core 0.1.6
            Reporter: Timothee Maret
            Assignee: Timothee Maret
Fix For: Content Distribution Journal Core 0.1.10

In some cases, typically escalations, connections to the journal may be throttled. When that happens, the queue cache may not have enough time to be filled up before the cache cleanup task kicks in and starts creating a new cache instance.
