Currently, _Ignite_, _Ignition_, and _IgniteManager_ are placed into _org.apache.ignite.app_ package.
This does not seem like a correct package, especially _app_ subpackage looks weird to me.

Looks like we should just move these interfaces to _org.apache.ignite._
