When the NM redirects URLs given to it via NMWebAppFilter container log redirection it drops everything after the app owner. To make it more robust, we should append the end of the string to the redirection URL. This will allow the UIs to send back a more fine-grained link to the logs (e.g. directly to syslog/stderr) instead of going to the log aggregation page.
