[WARNING] Cannot include project artifact

Hello.

It's not for me, but the purchaser create an assembly by call

mvn -P assembly clean install

and get the warning. From my point of view it's only a warning, but this is not from interest. The purchaser sense this like an error. 
So, where does this message come from and what's to do to solve the problem or even suppress the message.
