[ANNOUNCE] Apache Impala (incubating) 2.9.0 release

The Apache Impala (incubating) team is pleased to announce the release
of Impala 2.9.0.

Impala is a high-performance C++ and Java SQL query engine for data
stored in Apache Hadoop-based clusters.

The release is available at:
https://impala.incubator.apache.org/downloads.html

Thanks,

The Apache Impala (incubating) team

=====

*Disclaimer*

Apache Impala is an effort undergoing incubation at The Apache Software
Foundation (ASF),
sponsored by the name of Apache Incubator PMC. Incubation is required of
all newly accepted
projects until a further review indicates that the infrastructure,
communications, and
decision making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other
successful ASF
projects. While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the
completeness or
stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be
fully endorsed by
the ASF.
