1.1b4 -> 1.1.0

Okay, so what's left?  Seems like the course of action is

1) Try and track down unixware bugs
2) Wait for any new bug reports to come in

and if there's no major, in-core changes over the next week as a result of
the above, 1.1.0 goes out beginning of next week?  Cool.
