[users@httpd] Apache Error Resolved (FYI)

Error Status: Fixed

Problem: MySQL seemed to be interfering with Apache's operation.

Below is the original message:

Background: I just installed MySQL yesterday

Problem: Apache fails to startup (Correctly) during system boot. On manual
start, apache complains about having no address do bind to, no listening
ports available. Then it complains about not being able to open the logs.

Computer Information: Windows XP, 2.13 GHZ, 512 MB, 108 GB.

Possible Causes: Unknown. Possibly linked to MySQL

Firewall: ZoneAlarm installed and apache has worked without problems for
months, it is improbable that the firewall is the cause, due to that even
when it is shut down apache fails to work.
