OpenInteract 1.07 released

A new version (1.07) of OpenInteract has been released. OpenInteract
is an extensible web application framework built on Apache, mod_perl,
the Template Toolkit and SPOPS object persistence.

Quick change notes:

 - Works with Win32 (thanks to the work of Randy Kobes!)

 - Now supports PostgreSQL, Sybase ASE/ASA and MS SQL Server (in
 addition to MySQL)

 - Many bugfixes and general enhancements
