NOTICE: Renaming github.com/jclouds repos

FYI - I'm going to be renaming the existing github.com/jclouds repos
(jclouds.git, jclouds-chef.git, jclouds-cli.git, jclouds-examples.git,
jclouds-karaf.git, jclouds-labs.git, jclouds-labs-aws.git,
jclouds-labs-google.git, and jclouds-labs-openstack.git) to "legacy-*"
later today. Be aware. =)
