wicket.extensions.markup.html.repeater.data.table.NavigatorLabel should be localized. Now there's hard coded string Showing xxx to yyy of zzz

wicket.extensions.markup.html.form.palette.Palette - method newAvailableHeader and newSelectedHeader. It think it should be better to use localized model instead of hardcoded strings "Available" and "Selected"
