yarn.application-attempt-failures-validity-interval property was added in YarnConfigOptions since [FLINK-12472][yarn], but now the link `https://hortonworks.com/blog/apache-hadoop-yarn-hdp-2-2-fault-tolerance-features-long-running-services/` is not available.So we should update this link.
