Timeliness, measures the latency of streaming data.

At current, we only support the data which contains start_time and end_time itself. If end_time not contained, the consuming time will be set as end_time.

It's not a perfect solution, we are considering to get end_time in kafka 0.10 instead, it will be implemented in future.
