### Motivation
At present, some users want to use the MySQL database to store pulsar-manager data. An image supporting Mysql database is published to docker hub. We need to add a doc about how to use Pulsar Manager with MySQL.

Agree with @eolivelli. This feature is not supported in the official pulsar-manager, so the document cannot be added to the official repository

AFAIK there is no official support for MySQL in PulsarManager, as we cannot redistribute MySQL JDBC Driver, so I feel we cannot document this configuration.
AFAIK it will be supported in StreamNative fork
