Converting RuntimeExceptions to SAXExceptions

Hi,

is it correct to convert all RuntimeExceptions that occurred in
callback code (handlers) to SAXException? I do not think so.
At least the stacktrace of such exception should be printed
as a stacktrace of parent SAXException is printed.
