[jira] [Created] (IGNITE-12558) Add UTC timestamp to local node metrics

Ilya Kasnacheev created IGNITE-12558:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Add UTC timestamp to local node metrics
                 Key: IGNITE-12558
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-12558
             Project: Ignite
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: general
            Reporter: Ilya Kasnacheev
            Assignee: Ilya Kasnacheev

Let's also add current UTC timestamp to "Metrics for local node" message.

We often see logs posted where there is no date or the time zone is unknown, making it hard to correlate logs from different nodes. Time to fix that.

We should also consider any other minor improvements to this block. Maybe tone down "to disable" message a bit to make up free space?
