Cocoon and Tomcat

Hi there.

I installed Cocoon 1.7.4 on Jakarta Tomcat 3.2, and it works fine, I can see
the status file (Cocoon.xml), but as soon a I try to run an example, (hello
world), I get this error:

org.xml.sax.SAXException: File
"file:/C:/jakarta-tomcat-3.2/webapps/Cocoon/Cocoon/hello/hello-page.xml" not
found. [FATAL ERROR] [File: "null" Line: -1 Column: -1]

With a lot of stuff underneath...

It seems somewhere the comes an extra Coccon/ in the url, why is this??? I
am a bit bluffed...
