Re: [I] Fix Hoodie Hive Sync Tool to Throw Exceptions on Sync Failures [hudi]

This appears to be a duplicate of [HUDI-8965](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-8965), which has the identical title and was resolved by [PR #12790](https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/12790) (merged 2025-02-11, commit `f2e8eacb154a`). On current `master`, `HiveSyncTool.syncHoodieTable()` rethrows runtime exceptions as `HoodieException` (`HiveSyncTool.java:182-183`), and the inner catch in `syncHoodieTable(...)` throws `HoodieHiveSyncException` when `RECREATE_HIVE_TABLE_ON_ERROR` is disabled (`HiveSyncTool.java:276-283`). The behavior is also covered by `testMORTableWithPartitionEvolutionThrowsException` in `TestHiveSyncTool.java`. Closing as fixed — please reopen with a concrete reproducer if a specific failure mode is still silently swallowed.
