Hi, Diego,

Could you pls try this url: http://repos.bigtop.apache.org/releases/1.3.0/centos/7/x86_64 ?
For repos of different distros, you may find them at: https://www-us.apache.org/dist/bigtop/bigtop-<version>/repos/<distro>

P.S: hue is dropped in 1.3.0, but you can find it in previous releases.
