Cannot delete F5 device

Hi All

Using CS 4.2.1.  I have an F5 device (v11.1) below network service providers.  I can't delete the device and CS keeps saying:

2014-05-05 13:51:09,656 DEBUG [cloud.api.ApiServlet] (catalina-exec-11:null) ===END===  172.16.0.65 -- GET  command=deleteF5LoadBalancer&lbdeviceid=34d40985-ddfa-483b-947b-e921876c7378&response=json&sessionkey=nUrC%2F3wjrR9V3qtkfe9ppZSh%2BwM%3D&_=1399312269638

I have no networks whatsoever and I even deleted the network offering that used F5BigIP for LB.

How can I find out what network is holding things up?

Thanks.
Amin

p.s. When I tried to create a VM using the network offering with this F5. Not sure what the issue is here, but want to start fresh now.

I kept getting no free capacity F5:

Hi Sanjeev

As you can see below, all my networks with F5 are already "removed" but I still can't delete the F5 device.  I went ahead and deleted the 3 rows in the ntwk_service_map and still no luck.

Hi Amin,

ntwk_service_map table in cluod DB shows the service providers in each network. You can get the network id where F5 is being used as LB service provider. Then look for that network in networks table.
