Is it possible to get instruction for installing cocoon on Javawebserver
version2?

Yes, look at the DB Prism / Cocoon install instruction at plenix's web site
http://www.plenix.com/dbprism/doc/docs/JavaWebServer.html
or in the newest DB Prism's web developement site at
http://cocodrilo.exa.unicen.edu.ar:7777/dbprism/doc/docs/JavaWebServer.html
This install instruction are based on Cocoon 1.7.4 but changing the version of Cocoon libraries
it will work fine.
