Currently Ambari SNMP traps does not have sysuptime field - some of the SNMP processing   tool/application drops (considers invalid)the traps if it does not find sysuptime field.
RFC https://tools.ietf.org/search/rfc3416 does not say whether it is required/option field - but customers expecting that Ambari should fill this.
