I have problems building the JavaHL bindings after this patch. It looks
like the project dependencies aren't set anymore (the ones we added in
r22209)

No you're right, it isn't failing on trunk. I was looking at my 1.4.x
working copy, which doesn't include the JavaHL project dependency patch,
so I nominated it (r22209).

Hmm, they seem to be correct for me (and I'm not sure how this commit
could have changed them since they are not external projects). Can
you be more specific on what is failing?
Using the VS GUI, do the project dependencies look correct?
__JAVAHL__ depends on javahl_java, javahl_javah, and libsvnjavahl --
and javahl_javah depends on javahl_java, etc?
