   @rdblue I'll resume this work, but can't find the option to reopen the PR. Could you help to reopen it?
   We can make paths relative to table location. I'll address your feedback to make relative path optional. Besides this, do you have any other feedback/concern about implementation? Since this PR is doing low level change, I want to make sure it won't cause problems for future changes of iceberg.
