Graceful shutdown does not kill the process when drill is run in embedded mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run drill in embedded mode.
2. Press the "Shutdown" button in Web-UI.
3. Check that the process which corresponds to the Drill wasn't killed.

This issue is observed only for embedded mode.
