XML with chinese contents

Hi all,

	I am writing XML with chinese(Big 5) contents.
        I ensure I have changed the coding into
        UTF-8 (eg. &#x7E41;). The parser version
        is Apache Xerces Java XML Parser 1.3.0
        However, when I try to browse the XML,
        all words become "????", why does it
        occur and what can I do?
