Increase linklocal ip range post pod creation

Hi,
It appears that after a pod is already created, there is no way to increase
the number of link local ips assigned to the pod via the linkLocalIp.nums
global settings. And that this needs to be changed before a pod has been
created. Is that correct or is there any way to increase the range for a
pod post it has been created.
