can someone please kill this dude?

I'm getting hundreds of these:

TRC's E-mail Gateway (an automated content monitoring gateway) has stopped 
the following message:

   Message: B000069f60.00000001.mml
   From:    eking@tangram.com
   To:      Frank.Sauer@trcinc.com
   Subject: Fw: Find a good friend :-)

Because it believes the message contains a virus.
The virus scanning software used was: Marshal Integrated McAfee Antivirus 
Virus found - Exploit-MIME.gen.exe

Please clean the file and resend it.

E-mail Rule: Inbound Messages : Block Virus
