   @darshanmaiya @mli I have exec "make -j 32 USE_DIST_KVSTORE=1  USE_CUDA=1 USE_CUDA_PATH=/usr/local/cuda USE_CUDNN=1", why opt/mxnet/log file has no “-DMXNET_USE_DIST_KVSTORE” param? what can cause to this?
