Benjamin Bentmann closed MNG-4124.

    Resolution: Not A Bug

bq. OS name: "windows nt (unknown)"
This output is generated from the value of {{System.getProperty( "os.name" )}}, i.e. taken directly from the JRE and beyond Maven's scope. The value is for diagnostics and shouldn't matter otherwise.

I suppose Java 1.5.0_09 is simply to old to have a nice OS name for Vista.
