 Hi All,

We are preparing for the Service-Center-1.0.0-m1 release, below is the
release candidate with the release notes and necessary informations.
Please review it and let us know if we are missing anything or if something
needs to be changed.

Add new api to get all Schema List
Update Service-count Calculation rule
Add Service-statistics in Governance api
Update default quota's to limit service/instance count
Support Prometheus metrics exposure and Grafana dashboard
Support discovery of SC instances by Consumer Micro-service
Use event driven design in Dependency rules
Make compact-interval configurable
Do not defragment the database when compacted
Optimize restful client
Optimize plugins loader
Add version field in microservice instance struct
Add self service information in govern api

Update black-list rule controls in discovery
Fix panic issue while deleting instance
Fix modify schema response issue
Fix panic issue in metrics when request is invalid
Fix heart-beat failure when etcd has no leader
Exempt the description check while microservice registration
Fix batch delete api to exempt from unregistering service-center
microservice
Fix discovery of instances of self domain
Fix Can not find any instance of default app if SC startup in non-auth mode
Fix panic when metric report concurrently
Fix un-used instance index key stored in backend
Fix Watcher will get a wrong event sequence when SC modify resource
concurrently
Fix Registry client option 'WithStrKey' will set the wrong key as using
non-copy string function.
Fix remove lock for dependency handler
Fix Can not discovery default APP services in Shared service mode
