[users@httpd] Map domain on directory with rewrite rules

Hello,
I've a domain as ServerAlias in a VirtualHost section.
Now I want to map this domain on a subdir of the DocumentRoot of the 
VirtualHost.
I want to do that with .htaccess, so that the user with write permission 
to the DocumentRoot can change the mapping. It should be done 
transparently for a visitor of the domain.
How can I do that?
