Calls upon the exit code of the processes launched by scheduler to gather dags. This prevents from completed processors from becoming defunct.

@eladkal yes, the issues is 1.10 specific. I particularly noticed it for 1.10.10.
Just went through the link. wanted to confirm if i should be raising the PR for v1-10-test branch ?

No 1.10.16. We ask everyone to migrate to Aiflow 2 if they have problems in 1.10.15. Airflow 1.10 reached end-of-life on June 17th 2021 and there will be no more patches nor even security fixes to it.
