Report proposal April 2016
Since we missed the last report (sorry, very busy at the moment with $
work) here is the proposal for next month

Johnzon
Implementation of JSR-353 JavaTM API for JSON Processing.
Johnzon has been incubating since 2014-06-09.
Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:
1. Currently graduation, so nothing but issues necessary for graduation
Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
aware of?
* Currently graduating to a TPL
How has the community developed since the last report?
There are new people on the dev list and the project got contributions
from non-committers. On the dev list there are approx. 20 msgs (on
average) messages per month.
How has the project developed since the last report?
The project did its 10th incubator release.
During the last three month 9 jira issues were reported and 6 of them fixed.
Project has also started to implement the upcoming JSR-374 and
JSR-367 specification.
The project has also voted for a logo.
Date of last release:
2016-FEB-17 (0.9.3-incubating)
When were the last committers or PMC members elected?
Last committer was elected 2014-08-23, last PMC member was elected
